Base and sign on bonus are very good. Equity is not good. You should be getting 40K per year, which is twice you have been offered. Did they ask your Juniper comp before making an offer. I know that Juniper comp is very light on equity side, that could be the reason they offered low equity. Try negotiating more equity but make the jump regardless.

Thanks! They didn’t ask me about my current compensation. But I will try to negotiate RSUs as you said.

The base is very high for an SE2. Typically you see SE3’s getting 140 base. Everything else is normal

You can negotiate for more on the RSUs

Then negotiate as hard as you can. Initial offer is always low

@LLb is it possible that company can revoke the offer because of negotiating very hard?

Anything is possible, but it's fairly unheard of unless you go in with something like "I want a bazillion dollars per year and a private jet." Don't waste their time with unrealistic demands and you'll be fine.

As hdT told it’s possible but unheard of. If offer is fairly more than what you are making don’t push too hard.
Offer revocation generally happens, if the company is going through a bad stage, layoff for eg.
