The external recruiter have been coordinating with me on behalf of this startup. The startup do have HR with whom I interviewed. The recruiter checked my references and made a verbal offer and said it is non-negotiable. Either HR or the recruiter will send the formal letter over the weekend. Always negotiate. Be flexible on what aspect: base salary, bonus, sign in, stock, move stipend, vacation time, etc. Different companies have different things that matter most/less
