Initially I read $500k RSUs and thought it's good. On second look not so much...if your offer is not more than 20% across all components, I would keep interviewing.
So assuming 4 year vest on RSUs avg total comp per year is ( 660 plus 50 ) / 4 = 710 / 4 = 178K. That is a good offer for an entry level employee. What is your total comp at sf now? Is the ad offer 20 percent more ?
