I'm curious what comp package I should ask for. Senior AWS Solutions Architect position. 20 YOE, current TC $165k.

It feels like max base is probably around $160k. But what can I get as far as signing bonus, and stocks.

Most experience is in large financial firms Fannie/Freddie/Chase, etc.

    I'd imagine a L6 offer of around $240-280k TC depending on interview performance. And yes, base cap for DC is 160k and don't be surprised if they offer $150k base.
