Google L3 Base: 120k RSU: 135k (4years) Joining Bonus: 30k Perf bonus: 15% Facebook L3 Base: 125k RSU: 180k JB: 20k Perf Bonus: 10% Which one is better for a 1 yoe person. Kinda worried about the performance pressure at FB and also concerned about having to get different teams to like and rate you before you can get to actually work. Not sure if those little extra per year is worth taking the risk.
Imo new grads should heavily lean towards fb on f/g for growth/promos
