For MTS-3 that's typically the base and rsu. I would say you are on higher end on the base.
RSU is standard but get a competing offer and negotiate it up. They're losing a lot of folks to FANG and unicorns so they will pony up the extra money if they think they'll lose you

This offer is after negotiation. Initial offer was 15k less and no sign on
