Please evaluate my offer: Base: 110k Rsu: 40k in 4 years(10k/year) Joining bonus: 15k Location: bay area Joining design verification team for full time after masters. Currently I am an intern at apple and I have three years of relevant prior work ex outside US.

Does college matters ? I have heard even more for few interns who got converted
How much did they get? I think college does matter and I m not from Stanford or Berkeley

Is that stock # vesting per year or the new hire grant itself? That base seems low, but if that is the yearly stock vest (so new hire grant is then 160k, it then definitely makes up for it), if the stock grant is 40k total, then the salary is low.

I’m not sure about Apple’s number but this is low compared to Xbox hardware numbers. The base is maybe 3k lower but you get 50-100k in stock and sign on
