If you're not Mormon you'll hate Provo. Pay in Seattle is better, but not by a ton without equity (but no state income tax). Definitely negotiate, you have nothing to lose and plenty to gain. At a minimum they should be able to tack on a signing bonus.

I don't think Seattle is an option for this role, it may be after I ramp up and wish to relocate.
For your YOE I think you should try and ask for more. I’m 2.5YOE and get 91+10k bonus Also keep in mind that unless there is a business need, Sap won’t pay you Seattle money. That’s why I’m suggesting you find a role in qualtrics Seattle instead of Provo
