Offer from Zalando
I have got an offer from Zalando for Senior software engineer role and they offered me 75k euro. My TC in India is around 45L INR in india. Is it a good offer for a family of 3 for shifting to Berlin?

No, 75 is not worth shifting with a family of 3, your after tax would be max 4k /month, with average 1.4 k rent and another 1.4k for house hold you will be left with around 1k , so no point moving to Berlin with 1k savings not to mention yearly flights and misc. Expenses.

Apply to uber Amsterdam, senior comp is 120-140k. You pay less tax

Euhm...75K euro? Very very low. I applied and was called for interview at Barclays Manchester as a new grad from India (tier 2 college), this year. They had some 30-40K Pound as per Glassdoor. I was also interviewed for Amazon Berlin, but don't know the offer, I was rejected.
Tier 2 college in India can pass Barclays CV without referral ?? I thought supply for EU and current student is veryyy high already
Yes no referral also no profile on codechef hackerrank, plus they sent many tests. And coding assignment had Google Code Jam level questions. So it was very pretty hard, plus other tests were business and aptitude based. I didn't went for interview, because recruiter called me 2 days before interview and told me to come to Knutsford office, I refused because it is not possible to get travel visa and ticket in 2 days. No support was provided.
My friend in India with 2.5 yoe and 24L TC got Amazon offer of 72K pounds in London.
