I've been accepted for Amazon and I got an offer. I wanted to negotiate the base and to get mor 20%. That is 1st time negotiation. My question is: if they don't accept my negotiation, could they just reject my hiring and say ( we don't want to hire you anymore)?

If you get higher comp today that means you will be on the higher end of compensation for that role and that will not get you any good raises
Honestly i would take higher pay in the start than wait for a better raise a yr later. You can do the math
But could they tell me that we don't u any more? And we don't hire u?
Negotiate softly and ask for a raise if not then as you said you are okay joining at a initially offered TC
They won’t rescind your offer. We interview for months to get the position filled. Considering the amount of time and effort whole hiring team will have to spend again if they rescind your offer, 20% is a deal for them.
Should I stock at them?
Unless you tell them that you’re firm on 20%, then will try to negotiate a lower number, probably 5-8%, with you. Don’t give a number then and say it is too less. Once he’s around 12-14%, say that you’ll think about it. Wait for 2-3 days and then try to negotiate again. Goodluck.
How can I know it?
But from the first negotiation, could I lose my offer?
TC 418k or so
