OfferUp or Microsoft?
2 years exp in Amazon. Recently get offers from both. Not sure about how promising OfferUp is and how likely the options will turn into cash. My microsoft offer is a normal one for sde2. Anyone has an idea?
Whats the breakdown of Microsoft offer and how was the interview?

Time is better spent pondering better questions. There's only one non-option here and it's not MS.
Do you really need to ask? Microsoft is a better company. It will also look better and be more recognizable on your resume for future jobs.
OfferUp. You'll have more impact and gain better experience at OfferUp than at msft. Too difficult to grow at huge tech companies. 10 years later, you'll be at a higher level with more TC than if you were at msft.
And you'll still have to come up reasons why you work at a garage sell app company.
Microsoft is a better branding... go with microsoft!

Clearly, Microsoft TC is greater.
