Offering interview prep training (engineering)
About a month ago I poster similar post and 20+ people showed interest in the training. But given the time constraint I could only chose 4 (first come first serve) for the training. 3 of my students are now done with their interviews and waiting for result. One student, who was originally going to interview for L3 level, after training with me asked their recruiter to have them interviewed for L4. Similarly, other students’ feedback was that they were much better prepared and much more confident after the training. I currently work at Google, used to be at Apple. I have conducted 80+ interviews (onsite+phone) professionally and I have taught many friends with good success. Quite familiar with where most candidates go wrong in an interview and what can they do to improve their chances. I had a good experience training with this person last month. I came out with much better understanding of how to approach questions and of DS/Algo/Testing. My interviews went pretty well too. I would recommend this.
