You can currently contribute up to 15% of your salary, and at the end of each 6-month purchase period you get the stock for 85% of the lower price of day 1 of the period vs the last day. There’s also a lookback provision which means that if you get a good purchase price at some point then you’ll probably get it twice
You get ESPP at a 5% discount. RSUs are standard RSU. Stock is overvalued right now with minimal upside so RSUs may be worth a lot less in the long run.
That is incorrect. It's 15% discount on the lowest price for the contributing period.
