On-Site “Craft” @ Intuit
I got my itinerary for my on site at Intuit. I see that I will get 1.5hrs to work on a “craft demo” app. Do they expect a full stack app to be complete in that time?

Hard to say. Few weeks ago, I got a nearly impossible craft assignment during my interview as an internal candidate. It depends on the team and your luck.
Depends on the team and the org, but my group sends them out as a take home style and it's more of a presentation style. The candidate gets to think about the question more but will have to defend their choices
