On average who pays better? EA OR blizzard?
Please answer if you work at or have worked at either company or know which tends to pay better.
About 50k-120k CAD for SDE to Senior SDE for EA.
OR
EA pays much better. I work at EA currently and have had multiple offers at Blizzard and they simply can’t compete at all with pay.
If the question is, "which company pays better" and Blizzard is one of the two, spoiler alert, the answer is never Blizzard.

I’ve worked at both. EA has Better pay and benefits.
Ea by a mile. Blizz is super stingy because they “were” more revered in the space. Could pay less for the nostalgia.
I work at EA now and used to work at Blizzard. The pay and general compensation at Blizzard is a lot less than what EA will offer. Blizzard hires based on passion and not on pay. So COL is a definite consideration when making your choice. EA is willing to pay for talent.
