On intermittent fasting, but I wanna eat a burger and fries right now! What to do?6d
Can literally feel "mouthwatering" and urge to eat. Don't wanna get out of IF.

- Amazon .,..,Intermittent fasting is great! Just please make sure you’re not raising your body’s cortisol levels by going too long as this will have an adverse effect in the long run (i.e. stubborn mid section). Optimal “off” time is about 15 - 17 hours. Listen to your body and if you want to eat, then it’s most likely your body telling you that you need food. Remember that cravings are symptoms.
On a side note, I use pure inulin powder every morning to help me with my intermittent fasting. I recommend it whole heartedly.
