Onsite Interview/Offer Follow up

I interviewed with a company 10 days ago. The recruiter called the day after the interview saying that the company would like to give me an offer and would follow up with me last Wednesday to talk about the numbers. I emailed her last Wednesday but radio silence till now. Should I send another email today to follow up with her or should I just wait?
