Opinion on Confluent offer
About 15 years’ experience, half of that at Google, for offered $190k and 60k options over 4 years ... so it really only makes sense if they grow at least 2x from their current valuation (I think ?) Don’t know what to compare it to, hoping someone here has ideas!

Sorry I was away from Blind for a long time :-) yes I did end up taking it, I guess I’m hoping we “go big” next year, or ... this will turn out to be a bad bet

Yes, exactly these numbers, strike price was between $3 and $4
