Opportunity at Bird
I got pinged by a recruiter for Bird and was wondering how bad the culture is. Nothing but negatives as far as I can see on glassdoor

The negative reviews on Glassdoor are specifically from our operations workers who do menial tasks like fielding Zendesk tickets from angry chargers. It’s not a great job, pays minimum wage, but is necessary for our business. If you’re an engineer, the culture and outlook is much, much better (from first hand experience).

The culture might be similar to early days of Uber but ignore Glassdoor reviews. They tend to be from unhappy employees
