Oracle Apps Layoff
In many conversations i see more layoffs are planned in Oracle. May i know whether the layoffs are limited to OCI or they are applicable to Apps product lines as well I am planning to join Oracle this week

How can anyone know ? And even if someone knows(high position individual involved in some planning) do you think they will tell here ? You are just welcoming the trolls !!!!
Only PE&O and Enterprise is facing reductions.
Oracle is always going to be adjusting and tweaking headcount (positively or negatively) across their business units. Just align yourself with a solid product that is growing and you'll be fine.
Which are some solid product groups which are Leasr affected by such changes ?

Why? How many visa folks have been let go which you know of?
Depends on which apps product team you'll join. If you're working in the HCM Cloud or ERP Cloud product development teams, you probably don't have much to worry about.
The layoffs are seemingly random and not stopping. Ask for a big sign on as you’ll get to keep that if you’re RIFed
