Oracle Bonus Pool FY19
Just heard the nominal bonus pool for FY19 that sat for final approval since December was just killed. Rumor has it they need the money to address unequal pay for women raised in the discrimination lawsuit. The irony is Oracle underpays everyone equally. That's actually their defense: equal discrimination. ๐
