Oracle Cloud vs NVDIA Cloud
I recently posted regarding the offers and have few more update. 5 years experience. Oracle Cloud (Seattle): Base - 170K, Bonus / Refresher - 15% (approximate), Equity - 9000 ($440K - 4 year vesting), sign-on - 25K NVIDIA Cloud (Bay Area) - Currently figuring out the number Jet.com - Base - 165K, Bonus - 20%, Equity - $40K (4 years vesting), Refresher - $40K(4 years vesting), sign-on first year - 50K, sign-on second year - 40K Yahoo (SF) - Currently figuring out the number Cruise Automation - in the pipeline (phone screen soon) AWS - in the pipeline (in the discussion with a recruiter, after rejecting the offer from another group in Amazon. Not sure full interview loop would be required) If you can share some advice about joining OCI vs NVIDIA Cloud, it would be really helpful for making a decision. Thanks for your time in advance.

Yes. OCI is too late too little. Max Oracle can achieve is arm twist legacy users of their applications and database to use it. But they are irrelevant in front of AWS, Azure and GCP. All that talk of bare metal is a good joke.
15% refresher?! LMAO! I’m in OCI and I got peanuts. The initial stock grant looks good though.
