hi! In the recent talks with my manager, I have come to know that they’re probably not gonna convert me to fte from an intern. Definitely not a performance issue coz I am done with my feature and will be demo’ing it in the next week. I wonder if I did not get a return offer from this team that means will I have to apply like a normal person for fte, or would my interview process be shortened? Also, do they directly send in interns as fte to other teams or what is the process for fte for the current interns? Typically by when can I expect the requistions for fte open at Oracle?
If current manager did not convert then you have to apply again or ask your manager to refer you to other teams if performance is good
This is your best bet. Many managers will pitch you for rolls in other teams even if they couldn't get headcount themselves. If you did well, the company will want to keep you.
There are tons of better options out there. Look beyond Oracle even if made an offer.
Ask for referral for other teams. And start applying FT somewhere else. Having oracle internship experience would at least get you to the interview for many other companies.

Bigger question - why would you want to join Oracle? Not to mention intern there.
