I have phone screen scheduled with managers from both the teams for 30 min. What could it be? Behavioral totally or they can ask technical questions as well? It's for entry level Software Engineer role.
Are you part of college hire or something? If so, then chances it is an easy interview with few tech questions. Dont forget study sql basics.
Yeah it's a college hire Program. Basic sql skills like joins and stuff? The Job description has a lot about encryption and decryption, Should I study the algortims used in them? After this, will there be onsite or next phone screen?
Yes, study the basics on encryption/decryption. If you had projects on those, def talk about them. From my experience, and other friends that joined Oracle with college hire program, you will likely get at least another technical interview with one team member. Never heard of someone going to a round of interviews for a role. Also, have in mind that this program might assign you to a completely different team you applied.
