Oracle OCI IC2 compensation (Santa Clara)
Have a call scheduled to discuss compensation details. The recruiter wouldn't even give me a breakdown of the parts of the comp package or the level of the role i was interviewed for lol... How am i supposed to come up with numbers to discuss without even know this?! Loll Ill assume it's ic2/ic3, it was pretty easy just coding and behavioral questions. No architecture What base/RSUs and signing bonus wound be reasonable to ask for? Update: it's IC2 role Yoe: ~3.5 years
Mind sharing about your on-site experience?
Pretty easy, super simple data structures and algos questions. Since i finished them so fast we kept analyzing the crap out of the algo, mainly things that can go wrong theoretically. Campus felt a little dead but might be because we went pretty late to lunch
Gotcha, thanks. Leetcode Hard? Or Medium? I have an on-site in Seattle at some point and just trying to gather as much as I can about the interviewing structure since HR hasn’t gotten back to me yet.
