Oracle OCI final offer taking a long time
I got my verbal offer 2weeks ago, which I accepted.. any idea how long it might take for them to roll out the actual offer ?
You won't get the written offer until you pass the background check and get approval up to the board level. Took me 6-8 weeks
They are trying to decide whether to keep OCI afloat... or stop the bleeding now and get Larry another yacht instead.
Hmm.. it's a shame it takes this long.. the offer itself was pretty decent.. as well as the folks I spoke to.. so was thinking I'd stop actively interviewing.. If it takes this long, I might start interviewing again.. am bored as hell at work. At the same time, not in the mood to commit weeks on leetcode for Google and Facebook
Took me 2 weeks after verbal to get written offer. They r very slow
2-3 weeks is fast, I’ve been waiting 2 months
It’s Q4 now which is slowest quarter
OP: what offer did you get? what level were u in msft?
Around 200/35/600 for Principal L65 at MS
What title at OCI? That seems low?
Took forever- nearly 5 weeks for me.
