Hey Folks, Recently interviewed at OCI, ended up getting an IC2 offer. I understand the overall hate against OCI, but if anyone can genuinely chip in about the WLB or anything worth knowing before someone joins OCI. TC: 150k YOE: 3.5
Every team’s WLB and culture is different, even within the same org or company. The only true guarantee you have is that your team will change. So, regardless of how great/bad the new team’s WLB and culture is, you would be re-org’ed in a few quarters and may end up with a work environment that is better or worse. If you are willing to walk away from the offer based on these concerns, you might as well just ask the HM now to get a clear, albeit verbal confirmation. Most HM are well-adjusted adults and will be forth-coming.
Heard it’s highly political

You hit the right spot. I am very curious/worried about the team dynamics overall. I'm currently at a position where everything is self-driven and no micromanaging. I'm worried this one would have a lot of micro managing
