Oracle has no perks. No free food, no annual raise or bonus or rsu. Bottom feeders go to work there. So ask yourself if you are a bottom feeder?

I donβt know what part of Oracle youβre talking about but my expected offer from OCI bucks that trend pretty heavily.
Free coffee and soda. Can get an employee discount on your cellphone bill and some items through employee perk plan. Depends on mgr/team.
Discount on cellphone bill ain't no perk. It's California legislated if cell phone use is expected as part of your job.
Yeah but you can apply it to your personal phone or family plan.
Perks and Oracle don't go together
Snacks. Drinks. Catered lunch on Friday s and happy hour on Thursday. Team lunch every week. Free company phone. Unlimited pto. 401k match. HSA etc. employees discount for basically anything you can think of. Free shirts every few weeks. Swags. Etc Perks varies by teams. Some teams are fucked up but Oracle is huge.
When you got laid of you get 60 days of notice thanks to the CA Warn act.
What's the severance after 60 days ?
The gym is really nice. Pool, basketball court, volleyball. Food is really good but you do have to pay for it. Bakery is great.
Good ... food options are varied and good . A good pathway by the lake to have walk and do deep contemplation , specially when you feel like questioning everything .... calms your mind ...
