Oracle TC? : Director vs Sr. Director of Engineering (SF Bay Area)

Hi guys, looking to get some latest data on Oracle TC for a Director and Senior Director of Eng position, in SF Bay Area. On Levels.fyi, the range is quite wide so not sure how accurate it is. Is 500k for Director and 600k for Senior Director too much of a stretch to ask for? Thanks a lot!
