Oracle after 4 years?
Oracle has little to no refreshers or bonus. What do ppl do after 4 years and all your unvested stocks are gone?

Duh... this is orcl not uber or fb... would be lucky to get refresher. Plus when I joined I got 2000 rsu/ 4 yrs... btw this is pretty good for Austin standards..

ALL, literally ALL my friends/classmates who joined Oracle with me as a new grad left within 3 years.
same to my friends. no bouns, no salary raise, almost no refresh.
