Oracle ic3 software engineer
got offer from oracle ic3 marketing cloud. base 150 rsu 1500 per year. No bonus. manager said think over it but didnt say explicitly but looked like no room for improvement. I am planning to negotiate tomorrow. Can they negotiate and if yes what would be good to ask?
