Someone in meetings just talks as if they know everything from a technical standpoint, but in reality they seriously don’t know anything. I’m talking like “writing Git queries” or “Big Java” or “Just wrote this Hadoop decision tree model” level of not knowing technical stuff...and also attaching to projects as if they are doing work and telling people so without ever doing anything. Out them to manager or just keep quiet/roll on? @Cisco
Lmao this is funniest shit I've read all day thank u
If this person was working with TMobile, he/she could have got promoted to management.
Do not take upon yourself the job of a manager.
Let this person dig himself into a hole they won’t be able to climb out of later
Don't be snitchin
😨😨😨 How do you know my TPM??? 🤣
Big Java takes the cake ! Did someone really say that or you made it up ?
I've tried this in the past and it mostly just lead to nothing happening. Everyone who interacts with them will know they're an idiot. If management cares and asks you can be honest. I probably won't bother with trying to expose people like that again in the future. You don't know the depths that someone like that will go to to try to tear you down if they know you're talking bad about them.
This. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Name and shame here
Big Java 🤣🤣 I'm ☠️☠️

It’s not your job to evaluate the performance of a coworker, if he is that bad, management should recognize it soon enough
Sometimes management either doesn't care, won't do anything due to favoritism or is stupid enough! & sometimes all of the above!
But why do you care? How does it affect you? There are stupid people everywhere, ignore it and move on.
