Had an onsite this Wednesday. I know the hiring manager went OOO for 2 weeks starting Thursday. Should I even expect I will hear about the outcome soon since the hiring manager isnt around. I interviewed for a hardware/operations role. what is the expected compensation in this team?
OOO? Object oriented oopsie?
If their recruiting process is as shit as ours at MSFT you won't hear anything
Hardware/operations is a vague description, what role exactly and exp?
I’m still waiting for my interview outcome from 3 months ago. This was with infra team and initial feedback was positive, but recruiter just decided to ghost me
When was the last update from the recruiter? What stage of the process where you at?
Why did he go OOOOO for two weeks? Did he see something scary?
:D, good one
Google responds within days. It's pretty awesome. Unfortunately, it was a 'no' for me... :)

Randy Jackson... Yes, but it was something like that... It was more like: "it came close for me, dawg... You can sing the phone book... But imma have to say no to that one dawg..."
IMO Next steps are not with the hiring manager. It’s with the loop and hiring committee, hiring mgr isn’t the bottle neck
3 working days in my case
What Location/Position?
