What is the outlook (career progression, pay, etc) between a Product Management and a Biz Dev & Strategy role in enterprise tech? I have the opportunity to decide between the two at a big tech company in bay area, and am thinking about the long-term prospect. The PM role is more product strategy focus, some product build, and the Biz Dev & Strategy one is more on ecosystem business strategy. I have an MBA. Thanks!
This varies between company and what you have experience /is strong at.

Is the title for the role product manager or product strategy manager?
the two roles are product manager, and biz dev & strategy manager
As a PM who works with BD closely in B2B tech, I would say they're very different roles both in terms of function and compensation. Consider where you see yourself 5-10 years in the future and play it from there. Best of luck
