PM leveling at Reddit
How many levels does Reddit have for PM? Saw many folks have a Lead Product Manager title on LinkedIn. What level does that correspond to at Google/Facebook?

Their director role is similar to an L6 at Facebook, Google, etc, from what I can tell. Both in terms of compensation and experience. And that's the ceiling for product there.
Hard to say to be honest. You should just apply and ask the recruiter. They probably have the best idea. If I had to guess it’s probably one level up from google. IC5 would become a IC6.
