PM to make 300K TC what are my options
I’m currently SPM(L63) with ~230K TC. My goal is to have a TC of 300K in next 1.5-2 years. What are my options 7 YOE(PM), Good track record, Indian, Male & Green card holder. My current role is of UX facing product management. I can explore other areas as well like TPM, SDM as I’m technically strong

@bunge - why would u like to disclose Indian male, green card stuff? How does that get u to 300k?
These are the factors affect hiring specially in PM roles, visa status(I remember FB stopped hiring PMs on H1B) & gender, ethnicity for diversity hiring and promotions.
