I had heard that it goes to a real recruiter vs ats, that would be one benefit. Though in December i got a referral and applied to two jobs and they got to a contract recruiter from a temp agency. Quick rejects though I had a 80% match with written requirements. Not sure if the recruiter review quality has gone down due to volume, and Googles reliancebon the contracted temps
What advantage will you get with a blind referral. It would be same as you applying on your own. Only difference being someone can tell you the status of the application. Referral is helpful when the person referring you can write strong feedback supporting your case.
