Looking at a deployment strategist role. Glassdoor says $65-75K, but no office/exp is listed. That seems REALLY low! Anyone have a better estimate? Or is this just a low-ball role?
Got offer for DC for $70k. Almost took Deloitte IT consulting instead

I just vomited in my mouth a little
Deployment strategist? That’s a preposterous title
Is this in the US? A guy I know joined 3y experience in NY on $160k Another just started in London 3y experience on £91k Both deployment strategists
Nice. I would be looking at being based in the US.
Oh and there is an auto +20% raise at 18 months
Is this in DC? 70K is super low for an eng role here, however I have never heard of a “deployment strategist”...
Not Eng, it's described like a PM/Consultant who works with Eng.
70K seems light but they do have the best perks. Their office in Georgetown is really great. You can get higher TC at other contractors but without any extra frills.

If you like money... don’t work for palantir. Source: used to work for palantir and was broke
FB unfortunately doesn't have any money either, so I'm just trying to find out if this is same money, less money, or slightly more money.
Please. FB is printing money and it has been since the late 2000s.
