Hey,
And before yall comment about how sketchy Palantir is, I know and I'm okay with it.

I've got a interview coming up for a front end engineering position in Palo Alto, any idea what their interview is like? It's a internship.

Do they have similar interviews as for their fde and SE position's?

Any help would be appreciated, in how I should go about preparing.

It's in ~2 Weeks

You may think you’re okay with it, but...

I'd rather work for a company better than Palantir but I'll take what I can get at this point, definitely don't see myself working there long term. I do really want to make a difference in the world thou, with my skills and what I bring to the table. Don't really care about total comp.

Sorry. But are you *sure* you want to work there? Everyone I know that went there hated it.

Idk but it's for 3 months next summer, so I'll take my chances. I've had a good run with internships especially the current one I'm on (16 months), so I can afford a 3 month bad stint.

Weirdest experience ever: got told I passed the phone screen, then a couple of days later, got told they were going to pass.

I went through many interviews and was told everything went well. Then I got a rejection.

Ah. I've heard they've changed up their process and responses since, maybe about a year or two ago. As they realised they had fucked up. I'll let you know how mine goes!

That's all just part of their screening process. You need to demonstrate that you can engineer your way past that rejection.

I had a Palantir recruiter contacted me, and then disappeared.
Quite unfortunately, really, I'd like to learn more about about this company.

I was referred internally, so I'm not sure how that feels like. But sorry that happened! Apprently it's fairly common sadly.
