Hey, And before yall comment about how sketchy Palantir is, I know and I'm okay with it. I've got a interview coming up for a front end engineering position in Palo Alto, any idea what their interview is like? It's a internship. Do they have similar interviews as for their fde and SE position's? Any help would be appreciated, in how I should go about preparing. It's in ~2 Weeks
I had a Palantir recruiter contacted me, and then disappeared. Quite unfortunately, really, I'd like to learn more about about this company.
I was referred internally, so I'm not sure how that feels like. But sorry that happened! Apprently it's fairly common sadly.
Weirdest experience ever: got told I passed the phone screen, then a couple of days later, got told they were going to pass.
Ah damn that fucking sucks.
I went through many interviews and was told everything went well. Then I got a rejection.
That's all just part of their screening process. You need to demonstrate that you can engineer your way past that rejection.
You may think you’re okay with it, but...
I've been to their offices in New York several times, I know what it's like. I do think they make a overall good impact on society however, and do motivating work. I'd rather Palantir than improving compiler efficiency on the JVM at IBM\MSft
Well, I can at least agree with your last statement!
