Yeah. It is egregious here. Indians everywhere. Phoenix campus is 82% Indian last I heard. It is pretty crappy how Amex treats the Indians. To make their budgets look great, they'll no-paid leave all the Indian contractors at the end of the year. I've trained 3 Indians in 2 years. All have been fired (2) or moved (1). I have no say in it. I just get a new tech resource. We are firing another one soon so it'll be 4 Indians in 2 years. The system is so inefficient. Our Tata Indian in India is horrid and we had to explain what a NULL is. A few Indian SVP or VPs have gotten in trouble for taking bribes from vendors to hire their Indians. Amex is an h1b sweatshop.
