but you have to have worked for one year at least
At Facebook, the paternity leave for mothers is now 6.5 months. Fathers remains to be 4 months
At MS it's 3 months paternity, 5 months maternity I think. You can also take leave even if you join after the baby is born (though that caps at 3 months I think) Amazon is only like 6 weeks and you have to be there for a year first Google is 3 months pat, 6 months mat, can take as soon as you join FB is 4 months pat, 6.5 mat, can take as soon as you join and you get a $4k bonus
Will Facebook accept candidates who comes in pregnant?
Yes
Netflix gives you option of taking any amount reasonable for your family needs within the limits of an year. Generally women take around 6 to 8 months, men take around 4 months. Even after that they come 3 days a week for sometime before taking up full-time work. And it is completely paid. Not from your insurance

At Facebook you get four months parental leave (for mothers and fathers alike) as well as (I think) $5000 bonus, and you're eligible for it the moment you start working.
Is it okay if you take all of it?
Of course, it's your leave.
