Roku does actually have maternity and paternity leave per state law. Your recruiter can give you details.
Thanks, just the standard covered by state. No official company sponsored otherwise you would advertise on your careers website like some of the other companies. Amazon offers 5 months maternity if you have worked at the company for 1 year and then you have your PTO etc.
