Passed Linkedin Interview whats next?
Hello Blind Community, I interviewed with Linkedin for Sr. Software Engineer (Applications Track) and the recruiter told me that the interview was positive but they would offer Software Engineer. Next step is team matching which will happen after 4th July week shutdown. I have the following questions: 1. Is it feasible to push for Sr. Software Engineer position? 2. Which are good teams in Applications Track? 3. Can I team match with non-Applications track teams like backend if I have relevant experience? Thanks

Depends on the level. For 7.5 yoe aim for atleast Sr. Software Engineer. TC is around 300K.

Oh I missed the point about being down leveled. I am not being told about leveling yet but they are really curious to know about counter offers. What’s the TC generally for senior role at LinkedIn?

OP, what's your yoe (total and at vmw) and what's your level at vmw? Also what's your current location? Btw your current level matters when they make these decisions, but they will be considerate if you have a competing offer.
