Patents status after leaving a organization
What happen to provisional patents when u leave a company. Will I get notified if I need to defend it or if it's granted. @Oracle

At WD they won’t give you any plaques if you leave. You can still order something online. Even put that company logo on it..... How much $$ do you get to file a patent? We get 5k to share with any inventors on it. 2.5k if single filer.

You can just search Google Patents or US Patent office if you have application number. Sometimes just your name and company are enough to search a patent. When you work for a company and leave, they own the patent and defend it. I know, I have defended other people’s patents that have left the company.
Will MS forward the cube, if I’m not with ms anymore?
But what if the patent has already been granted and the deadline for rejecting the cube has passed. Will they just toss the ordered cube?
