PayPal culture and pay for Sr. Software Engineer
I am expecting an offer for Senior Software Engineer position at PayPal, San Jose. I want to know what is the salary range for Sr. SW position. Do they give any signing bonus, stocks, etc. Also, since PayPal recently had many reorgs, is this a good time to join PayPal? How is the company culture overall?

Which team are you joining? Depending on team, it can vary If you are accepting anything below 150k + at least 50 k in joining bonus+ stocks in san Jose, don't do it Don't worry about reorg. It won't impact you financially unless you join
