Why doesn’t all other companies follow amazon league in reinvesting funds to pay $0 in tax liability , but rather keep complaining about amazon. Is there something obvious which other companies can’t do to grow their revenue by reinvesting profits , and keeping cash flow close to 0 ? Also I don’t understand most companies report negative cash flow ? If that is the case how in the world they can survive more than a quarter ? Just compare this with real world finance of an individual , if he is cash negative , he really gets broke past few days , and on verge of bankruptcy. Why doesn’t that happen to corporate companies , which keeps on having negative cash flow .
Highly consider you do this: https://www.udemy.com/university-level-introduction-to-financial-accounting/
Thanks 🙏🏼 for reference pointer ? Have you done this as well ? And if yes , did it helped answer questions I posted above
I have an undergraduate degree in accounting. You are not using half of the terms properly. You need to know the difference between earning and cash flow. Book record keeping vs cash record keeping
+1 to the class above for you :)
