Your TC looks low for a PM. Are you in Seattle?

Amazon kurt13 OP Oct 16, 2018

Yeah, I started as an L4 TC: 95K

Are you including RSUs and bonus? If are including them, then you are seriously being underpaid.

Paysa is crap..

Does it over- or underestimate?

Paysa is accurate for some companies like FANG. For tier 2 companies, take Paysa -5 to 10% depending on location. Paysa also shows how many profile it is basing the calculation off of. Glassdoor data is very old.

Paysa is better than Glassdoor but both are crap data

Is the consensus that levels.fyi for total TC coupled with H1b.gov for base salary is best?

Bank of America taabeer Oct 18, 2018

What is "H1b.gov"?

Have you looked at 6figr data? They seem to have good stocks data for top Bay area companies. https://6figr.com/us/salary/at:Google

The RSU data is off.

Proofpoint foodtruckj Jan 25, 2019

Levels.fyi has better RSU data.
