Offered position for sales associate at peloton showroom I’m having trouble believing the sales numbers the hiring managers are telling me to expect. Seems as if the job would pay 80-90k per sales person at the quoted numbers. Any current or former sales associates here that can provide insight on what to reasonably expect at higher performing locations? I spoke with employees in store, though they would not provide helpful information to me. Websites like Glassdoor have almost no information.
That’s exactly my concern. Base is hourly totaling 35k per year. I’m told everyone exceeds quotas each month and sometimes 100 bikes a month are sold per salesperson during Christmas rush and 30+ on off season. The stores always appear empty to me so I don’t know where all these sales are coming from...

Hard to say without knowing more details. What’s the base and what’s the commission structure like? If it’s purely commission based then run for the hills. If it’s base + commission, ask what % of the team hits quota every month. Total comp #s can easily be skewed by simply telling a candidate what someone would make while hitting 200% of quota and merely describing them as “top performers” 🙄
