Didn't think I'd ever say this but it's cheaper to buy a road bike
You may think that if you spend $4000 on a treadmill then you’ll magically be motivated to exercise on it all the time, but if you haven’t bothered at least going outside to run for free, you’re not going to use it.
Just use the app on a cheaper treadmill! The bike is worth the money to truly get your output on the bike and also lets you do an FTP test if you’re super into cycling and want to take your game to the next level. The treadmill on the other hand is a massive machine thats hard to move after you get it and 6.5 speed on it are the same as 6.5 on another that costs like $800
This Peleton craze is fascinating. Spending $2,000+ on a stationary bike and $4,000+ on a god damn treadmill + monthly training videos subscription is...hahaha
Yap, that's what I was trying to know.... is it just a craze or it really has some value add.... seems it's the former.
