PhD admit @Stanford.Got to pay prorated relocation costs to Amazon.Any way around? I hate Amazon's unintellectual work.
I got a PhD admit at Stanford under a world renowned Prof's lab and Amazon seems like dirt to me reg. my long and short term interests. Any way around paying back prorated relocation costs to Amazon. Had taken a cheaper relocation package option. If no other option, so be it and I won't think about it a second time. But if there is an easy way, I'd like to go for it and not let it trickle by. For AMZNs business minded frugal, cheap pockets, coming back after 5 years would sound like 'don't bs us'. Did it work for anyone?
